Nikola's Biscotti Awarded "Best of Show" by the American Tasting Institute

In a blind tasting of biscotti sampled from over thirty national bakeries, the American Tasting Institute honored each of Nikola's four flavors with their Award of Excellence. In addition, Salina was the only biscotti worldwide to be honored with the prestigious Gold Taste Award, representing the Best of Show. The American Tasting Institute is an independent panel of over fifty professional chefs, Master Tasters and Culinarians-in-Residence dedicated to judging and promoting quality American-made products.

Nikola's Bakery was honored for these achievements at the Ninth Annual American Gold Medal Food & Beverage Awards in New York City. At this black tie event, held at Carnegie Hall, Nikola's joined past distinguished winners such as Green Giant, Melitta Coffee Products, Dreyer's Ice Cream and Celestial Seasonings Teas. All were judged by a panel of experts to be the best product in the marketplace.

Nikola's Biscotti Wins Top Honors at SCAA

Nikola's Bakery was awarded 1st Place in the "Best Food Product Category" at the Specialty Coffee Association of America (SCAA) 10th Annual Conference in Denver. Their biscotti was praised for its superior taste, magnificent appearance, and uniquely appealing packaging. The competition included entries from a wide variety of well-known national manufacturers.

Nikola's Biscotti Named Best New Product Line

The Specialty Coffee Association of America presented the Third Place Award for "Best New Product Line" to Nikola's Bakery at the 9th Annual Conference in New Orleans. It was at this show that Nikola introduced her line of biscotti to the coffee industry and the world. Attendees, fellow exhibitors, and judges showered Nikola's with applause and praise!
